  I went to miracle ear because I was have problems with hearing loss. This was the best experience I've ever had. Nikki helped me so much, she was very informative, she took me step by step in explaining everything I needed that would help me to hear better. She answered all of my questions, she showed me everything i needed to know and do for me to be able to hear well again. She even called me the next day to check on me. When you first go in, Denise is there to welcome you and she makes you feel comfortable because you really don't what to expect. So if you are having problems with hearing loss, I recommend that you go see Nikki and Denise in Baytown at Miracle Ear. They are so nice and make you feel so at ease, and they know what they're doing. Thank you Nikki and Denise for changing my life for the better. See y'all at my next visit.
