- CCCFeb 3, 20262.0I was originally looking forward to switching to HEB pharmacy because I had good experiences in the past, buying groceries while picking up meds. That was in a different town. Have not had good luck at this pharmacy. I've gotten another person's medicine one time. Once they just decided not to fill a prescription put in for me until I went down there in person and even then had trouble. Recently, I requested a refill, told it would be ready next day and when I go there I see that it won't be ready for another day. Also they call you and leave a voicemail instead of sending a text. I can only have so many voicemails in my inbox but unlimited texting like most. I'm might switch back to CVS as much as I don't want to.

- LJLen JonesJun 5, 20231.0When I was getting my meds filled at Walgreens 30 mins to hour, done. HEB you got to wait 4-5 hours for processing, they are the worse pharmacy I've known with the rudeness makes it even worse. I would have gave zero stars if I could.
