- SMSofia Martinez1 day ago5.0Lauren went above and beyond with helping me with my daughter’s prescription. Long story short, we didn’t have enough medication to last us through the round of antibiotics my daughter was on and not only did Lauren take it upon herself to contact the prescribing provider herself but she also kept me updated on what was happening. Very much appreciated!

I needed my medication ordered as I do every month because HEB fails to keep it stocked. I was assured “I’ll let the manager know to order”. Which guess what? Didn’t happen.

Even when a prescription is supposed to be completed the day before, I often end up waiting an additional 30 minutes or more after arriving. The pharmacy seems to struggle with time management and setting realistic expectations for customers. Not sure how this location keeps its licensing
