I needed my medication ordered as I do every month because HEB fails to keep it stocked. I was assured “I’ll let the manager know to order”. Which guess what? Didn’t happen.

Even when a prescription is supposed to be completed the day before, I often end up waiting an additional 30 minutes or more after arriving. The pharmacy seems to struggle with time management and setting realistic expectations for customers. Not sure how this location keeps its licensing
