Even when a prescription is supposed to be completed the day before, I often end up waiting an additional 30 minutes or more after arriving. The pharmacy seems to struggle with time management and setting realistic expectations for customers. Not sure how this location keeps its licensing

Jason was able to find an alternative solution and fixed me up within minutes. Other heb locations were not near as helpful. He saved me from having my doctor's write another prescription to a different pharmacy
