  If I could give them a no star review I would. I have a demanding job and missed my appointment. I went in with my husband and they refused to accommodate me for an appointment. I understand that sometimes it can't happen but the clerk was unprofessional about it. She didn't offer to reschedule and I have been present when they accommodate other patients. Despite being a patient for years. Myself and my family will never return again.

  Dr. Delgado is a magnificent 👌 Dr. He's there a thorough he talks with you and explains everything that he is doing and why he is doing it. HE'S A 5 STAR ++

  Myself and my kids had a great experience at this location. The tech was very sweet and the Doctor was great. He explained answers to my questions very thoroughly. He was patient and didn’t rush me. It’s very hard to find “Great Patient care” and that was definitely delivered today. I recommend coming here 100%

  I went in as a new patient two weeks ago for a contact lens and glasses fitting which has for over 10 years cost me $75 max with insurance. This office stated they had separate fees for contact lens fitting that my insurance wouldn't cover. I moved forward at the time since I was already present at my appointment and I had a busy week ahead. I paid $130 for an eye visit with insurance. After the visit, I was charged but given no receipt. When I asked, they were hesitant to give me an itemized receipt of those charges and she made me wait a while for it. I was given my prescriptions up front. Overall, I left feeling unwelcome and taken advantage of. I made a mental note of this interaction but I moved on. Yesterday, one my trial contact lens tore as I picked it up out of the case. I called their office this morning to see about picking up another lens to finish out my trial. It took their office 3 hours to call me back to see if they "would even do that" and then informed me it would be a $30 "dispensing fee". A fee to hand me a single contact lens. An overly expensive fitting fee that I already paid at my appointment just earlier this month. I absolutely should not pay an additional $30 just to get a single replacement trial lens. My understanding of the contact lens fitting fee that I paid two weeks ago is that it is explicitly meant to cover all trials, adjustments, and follow-up care needed to finalize my lenses. Charging me a "dispensing fee" on top of that is an unfair double-charge and just overall bad practice. What happened to a courtesy replacement? Or just a fair finish to my trial lenses? I will never come here again and I will go out of my way to recommend to my family and friends never to come here. It doesn't matter to me if the optometrist was good, there are a plenty of excellent optometrists in town who have kinder staff and a better handle of their office.
