The front office lady was rude, not only to me but another customer that had come in after we did. It’s a small space so trying to move where she wanted me to was hard without my butt in the face of another person. I understand HIPPA, I wasn’t trying to look at her computer screen, she could have asked in a nicer way to move. She could have been nicer to the other person just asking why she couldn’t be seen. Everyone has bad days, so we may give it another shot! The front is the face of the office and sets the atmosphere…

He was very patient with me and my kids and took his time examining us.Im only giving 4 stars because the assistant outside the exam room was rude to my 9-year-old son. He is shy and doesn’t speak up much. When he didn’t say hi back to her, she said, “What’s wrong with you? You don’t know how to talk?” It was not said in a friendly or playful way, and I didn’t appreciate how she spoke to him. I did bring it to the doctor’s attention. Other than that, the appointment went really well. We will continue coming here because we really like the doctors and have had good experiences with them. Hopefully, this assistant will be a little more mindful of how she speaks to children in the future.
