I was first told to call DeZaVala location to help me with that, I asked again to verify she heard me correctly since it was a simple request. She then told me she didn’t think she could give out that information. I told her, “you can’t help me access my portal so I can see my prescription?” I was put on hold 2-3 times. I was told I would receive an email, never received an email. It was a very simple request and unfortunate the staff couldn’t help with that.
