She was able to get me a brand-new frame and carefully transfer my existing lenses into it, saving me a huge headache. What really stood out wasn’t just her knowledge and skill, but how kind, genuine, and generous she was throughout the entire process. She took the time to make sure everything was perfect and treated me with real care. Employees like Tayna are exactly why customers keep coming back. Outstanding service creates loyal customers, and she truly represents the best of what great customer service should be. Thank you again, Tayna, for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy and positive!

- CMCheyenne MilesJul 2, 20265.0As soon as I stepped through the door I was greeted and was given a run down about the glasses and sunglasses in the store which I hadn't received at an old retailer. The check out process was nice and easy along with the employees being helpful not only to me but to each other, the lady helping me would ask the other employees if she wasn't sure about something I asked and that left me a good impression because I don't see that much any where else. I can't wait to see what my glasses look like!

The optician who helped me price out lens options was really helpful and explained that they are out of network for my insurance. I came back Tuesday to buy them, and was in and out in 5 min! I’ll get my lenses made at my doctors to get the best insurance deal.
