- JEJody Erb1 day ago5.0I recently ordered two pairs of glasses from Warby Parker. After they came in they needed adjusting. I took them in and James did an outstanding job. They fit perfectly now! Not only did he adjust my glasses, he also fixed my nose pieces on my Maui Jim sunglasses! Not even the store I bought them at (Sunglass Hut) would do that for me. Although Maui Jim replaces nose pieces for free, you still have to mail in your glasses for repair which is not free and it takes weeks to get them back and you pay a deposit for "potential repairs". He saved me so much time with his kind gesture! Thank you James and thank you Warby Parker!

- HLhector lomeliMay 8, 20265.0It is a good place to get stylish glasses at a good price. Most other places in the USA are own by the same company, so you are not getting a deal if you shop around. Warby has a different way of doing things. If you are tired of paying 400 or 500 dollars for your frames, even if you have insurance, maybe you can give Warby a chance. The quality is not the best, but it is good enough. The Domain location is cool and the people working there are attentive and very patient.

I am a school teacher in a single parent. I found an extra few minutes where I could actually do this to show up to be told no at best I could hope for a reimbursement for my insurance very upsetting. Very annoying. I would never ever go to this place again. Itās atrocious to waste a persons day this school teacher is very unhappy with your company.
