  I had such a great experience at Vibe Optometry! The entire appointment was quick and efficient, and I barely had to wait at all before seeing Dr. Sarah Blackwelder. She was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to address every concern I had, and made sure I felt confident that my eyes were healthy. She even showed me the images of my retina and explained everything, which really helped ease the anxiety I had going into the appointment. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and welcoming. I’ve been to other eye doctors where I felt like I was constantly being upsold on something, and I didn’t feel that way here at all. Hopefully I only need to see an eye doctor once a year, but Vibe will definitely be where I continue to go. Highly recommend!

  This was my first visit to this office, and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The office staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient. I had trouble submitting my paperwork online before my appointment, so they printed everything out and kindly helped me complete it without making me feel rushed or embarrassed. My doctor was amazing. She took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and made me feel completely at ease with my new prescription. I truly appreciated how kind and professional she was throughout my appointment. When it was time to order my glasses, the staff continued to go above and beyond. After processing my insurance, they gave me a quote, but instead of stopping there, they said they wanted to double-check another option. They reran everything, and it ended up cutting my cost in half! That level of honesty and dedication to helping patients save money is hard to find. From the moment I walked through the door until the time I left, I felt valued, cared for, and well taken care of. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for friendly, honest, and exceptional eye care.

  This was my first visit to this office, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The doctor was absolutely fabulous. She took the time to thoroughly examine my eyes and explain everything clearly. I was referred there by a specialist because it was thought I might need prescription glasses. After the exam, she told me that my eyes looked good and that if I was comfortable continuing to use my reading glasses, that was a perfectly reasonable option. What impressed me most was her honesty and integrity. She explained that they could make custom glasses for both distance and near vision, but she was upfront that they would be expensive. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t necessarily need, she said that if I was doing well with a stronger pair of readers for close-up work and using my distance vision while driving, that was a great solution for now. She even recommended a website where I could purchase affordable reading glasses rather than paying for custom-made lenses. It is incredibly refreshing to find a doctor who truly puts her patients’ best interests first and is not focused on upcharging or selling unnecessary products. I genuinely appreciated her kindness, professionalism, and honesty. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for trustworthy, patient-centered eye care.
