My wife has dealt with many health issues impacting her ability to walk, and the person working with her was very attentive. Sullivan was extremely helpful with my son, who is shy about his foot sensitivity. Both of them could feet the difference right away, even in my sons worn out shoes. Good things to say about the store and staff all around.

I immediately felt a tremendous relief once my inserts were placed inside my shoes and I began walking around. Im flat footed, so to feel my heel elevate. Not only put my feet at ease but also straightened my backside and adjusted my posture. Im able to walk with more balance now instead of unbalance. Thanks to Mr. Good feet also , Mr. "Sullivan Drake "for the great customer service he provided. I recommend this "Mr. Good Feet" , to anyone that's flat footed and has constant foot and back pain!

Sullivan helped her with the supports and explained how she should wear them and get used to them. They called me to check in on her and see how she was doing. That really showed me that they care about their customers. She has walked more in the last few days than in a long time.

When I went to return the supports on 8-22-2026, because the supports' hard plastic material is so firm that it places pressure on the center of my arches and it is very painful. That was when he told me that I could not return them until I have had them between 60 and 90 days! I explained to him that I was going to go see an podiatrist, because I think the pain on my arches and on my left top foot tendons is more serious than just wearing arch supports. He said to come back in 60 days, which I will! Explained that I will see a podiatrist and will return the supports for a refund. I wish I had never considered a store that can judge what supports one needs after one steps on two mats and go by just those results!

We were explained the products very well by the consultant, Crystal. We were recommended a set for varying time of day according to adjustment process. Our first shock was the extremely high pricing. A set of three arch supports and some cushions were $2k. These were not even custom made. We were told they come with lifetime service and replacements. We decided to invest taht amount to address the pain. We had confidence in the product and our consultant. The very next day my wife started suffering excruciating pain in calves after about 30 minutes of use. This experience dettered her from continued use further. We went to the store explained our situation and requested return and refund. They did not return the product and insisted on doctor's note and 60 day period of adjustment while we were not willing to undergo another painful experience of trying various supports. Now we are stuck with the product that we cannot use and our money is with them. Clearly not a very transparent way of doing business. Extremely disspointing experience.
