  We were at a soulcycle class this morning and although we both suffered during that class, it was one of the best cycle classes we’ve ever been to! Thanks Christy! Awesome studio and staff. And really cute merch.

  I tried SoulCycle Austin for the first time and the class itself was really fun. The energy and music were great. But a couple things were frustrating. The $20 first-time ride wouldn’t work online, and when I asked at the front desk, I basically got a “maybe next time,” which wasn’t helpful and seemed very dishonest. Also, they asked if it was anyone’s first time and we said yes, but nothing was explained. At the same time, they were very strict about their rules, which no one told us beforehand. It felt like we were just expected to know everything without any explanation, which isn’t great for beginners. I liked the workout, but the overall experience just didn’t match it. I’d try another cycling class, but not with this company

  I booked Rachel's class back in August. Boring instructor. Boring playlist. The cycle room also seemed quite outdated.
