  Overall, I would say this is a good dental practice. However, as with other reviewers, I wasn't told my cleaning and x-rays were not covered by Delta Dental as I was checking out. They had for 8 years, so I find it very concerning long standing patients are not informed. The office staff offered no apology or recognition of reducing this amount or any solution to retain a loyal patient. Lastly, be aware that this is an overtly Christian office with bible study books, and several Jesus related art throughout the office. I believe this should not be in an office setting, but a church setting--not everyone is a Christian or a Republican. Also, you will be pressured to buy Envision- exorbitant mark up. Very disappointing as my dentist, is very well trained and a good dentist.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After years of avoiding the dentist because of a bad experience, I finally built up the courage to make an appointment, and Shoal Creek Dental completely changed my perspective. Yoshi made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. She answered every question I had, explained everything clearly, and turned what I expected to be a stressful visit into an easy one. Not all heroes wear capes… some wear white coats, and her name is Dr. Elizabeth Grim. 😄 She created a treatment plan that was easy to understand, never made me feel rushed, and made the entire process smooth and reassuring. And every superhero movie needs an epic soundtrack—that’s where Leo comes in. The man was an absolute rockstar during my deep cleaning. He was completely locked in, professional, gentle, incredibly skilled, and made a procedure I had been dreading feel surprisingly comfortable. This team didn’t just take care of my teeth—they helped me rebuild my confidence in going to the dentist. If you’ve been putting off dental work because of fear or a bad past experience, I can’t recommend Shoal Creek Dental enough. Thank you, Yoshi, Dr. Grim, and Leo, for giving me a reason to actually look forward to my next visit!

  Shoal Creek Dental is THE best! Dr. Grimm does amazing work whether it be a crown, filling, or necessary recommendation. She's one of a kind!! Her attention to detail gives our family so much ease. Even my two teens love her! Thank you Shoal Creek Dental Team for keeping us healthy :)

  Overall, it is a great office with competent care. That said, the teeth whitening offered in the office was a complete disappointment. The office oversold the effectiveness of the in-office lightening - it barely lightened my teeth. It was a total waste of money.
