Her Aligns are such a beautiful way to wake your body up for the day because of her intentional choreography and music choices + knowledgeable cues that make it so easy to flow through the class. If you haven’t taken Jennifer’s align yet, do it ASAP!

This location works perfect for me and I definitely plan on coming back. Actually. I'm attending 2 different format classes tomorrow and am excited to explore the differences!
