  I’ve been going to this studio for about a month now and absolutely love it! I took a free class with Makyla on my first day, and she was so friendly, welcoming, and great at explaining everything. My English isn’t very strong, but Makyla’s positive energy and encouragement helped me feel comfortable and motivated from the beginning. I’m probably the least fit person in the class 😂, but everyone is so supportive and friendly that I actually look forward to working out! All of the instructors here are amazing, but a special thank you to Makyla for making my first experience so great. Highly recommend this studio!

  I love this studio! Kelsey is my favorite instructor, and every time I walk out of her class I feel 10x stronger. I’ve only been going for a month and can already tell how much stronger my entire body has gotten. I definitely recommend her classes! I also recommend the define class. Everyone at this studio is super nice but if you are looking for a fun and challenging class take Kelsey's class
