Very friendly staff, super supportive, very encouraging (especially during my many months of plateauing weight loss).   I did the Medi Weightloss program, and it worked incredibly well for me! The vitamin injections - especially the Medibolic Booster and Vitamin C shots - really helped keep my hair and nails healthy while I was on a low-calorie diet. What I appreciated most was that the medical provider closely monitored my progress to make sure I was losing fat while maintaining muscle. By the end of the program, I had not only lost weight but also built muscle! The program truly worked wonders for me. Thank you to the entire team for all the support and guidance throughout my journey!

  It very frustrating dealing with inconsistent policies. Vikie appears to make and change rules without prior notice, which creates confusion and a lack of trust. Everyone else seems to follow whatever she says—whether it’s fair or not—which makes the environment feel unprofessional and unpredictable. A clearer explanation of the new payment policies would have been appreciated before my arrival, rather than wasting my time that morning. Overall, customer care needs serious improvement. I expected better communication, consistency, and professionalism.

  I just had my consultation appointment! I am so excited to get started. For the first time ever- I feel confident that this is the way to go. I will be successful with this team! Chris and Maria are very knowledgeable and encouraging. What a great way to start 2017! They emphasize health and wellness- not just losing weight! I will update all during my 16 week program! Update: i have now lost 30 lbs and feel wonderful! The last 10 lbs are a struggle for me, but my wonderful Medi team is with me all the way. The staff is encouraging and helps me look at my journal to tweak any areas that may be holding me up. Give me constructive feedback on what needs to happen. I.e. More exercise, more rest etc! This has been the best experience of my life for my health! Come! Get started today. You have everything to gain and everything to help you lose!!!
