Everyone else seems to follow whatever she says—whether it’s fair or not—which makes the environment feel unprofessional and unpredictable. A clearer explanation of the new payment policies would have been appreciated before my arrival, rather than wasting my time that morning. Overall, customer care needs serious improvement. I expected better communication, consistency, and professionalism.
