- RSRyan SelfridgeJun 3, 20264.0Check-in and exam went smooth (comfortable and fast). My doctor reported no issues on my health/scan within a couple hours. The online scheduling, orders/referrals, and pre-visit patient systems need some touching up. Examples: On more than one occasion, I was promoted for the official order documents etc ..but that process is opaque to me as a patient, I wasn't given any official document and everything was being handled behind the scenes. ....Later, I received texts and phone calls about the order details needing to be updated. In the end, nothing was actually required from me, and I ultimately never had any agency regarding any of these issues. (I.e. unnecessary middle man / confused observer).
- CMClaire MartinezJun 3, 20262.0everyone was rude. in someway. would i recommend nope. please try a different location. if possible. i don’t usually leave reviews. the only one that was NOT rude was the tech doing the mri. she was nice. but from the beginning to getting to her for the mri. ruined my experience in general.
