She patiently helped me navigate insurance/HSA and figure out the right lens type, answered all my questions, and even expedited my timeline. Such a relief after Visionworks told me they “wouldn’t do prescription lenses” on my $400 Gentle Monster frames because they were “too cheap.” Wish I’d come here first! Highly recommend asking for Katrina.
