  Best plasma place in Austin I've been to CSL and Biolife CSL is literally a 5 minute walk but I'd rather do the drive here it's clean the people are nice it's updated and gives you an overall premium experience

  Since opening, this place has really gone down hill. The vibes just aren't right here.... Understaffed, high turnover rate. I only saw 1 or 2 employees still here that have been here since opening. Very disappointing returning experience. Rude, lazy staff, not friendly at all.

  It’s becoming obvious why they have high staff turnover. Finished my donation. 3 people who finished after me were unhooked first. The lady (think she knew) moved like a slug. She then made me wait longer while she messed with empty tables. This is a reply to your reply. I’m sat here again and the same thing happened. Other donors are served before me, even though I finish my questions first. I have emailed your corporate office. Staff joking in corners. Doing nothing. I sit here and wait and waste time. Other donors called up. Is this retaliation for writing a negative review based on my experience?

  Very unperfessional environment..They lie and don't pay you like they say they are...They told me they were going to pay me 100$ after donating the lady said 50$ Go to the counter and ask them to change the amount because we owe you 50 more dollars she said they were busy and wait til the end of the day...8 pm came and went and still not paid !!I call then they say they had a system update and I can get the money if I return...they are thieves and liars and kept my 50$ they said 800$ not 750$ I want my 50$ Kedplasma

  Awesome experience here! They are so caring , from the second you come in everyone was excellent in taking me through the whole process. Making sure I understood ,while also making me feel at ease..Especially with my 1st time pre -anxiety about the whole thing. They have some of the best phlebotomists! I don’t even feel it! Overall it has a great atmosphere too-everyone is always upbeat. I would recommend kedplasma to anyone looking to make some extra side cash (they pay well) & to know you’re also helping people is an extra bonus! Side note: Get the app it pays off!
