Our team is dedicated to providing warm, empathetic care while offering professional reassurance to both clients and their families. At Homewatch CareGivers, we embrace a custom approach that considers the unique needs, preferences, and routines of every individual.
At Homewatch Caregivers, we offer comprehensive elder care services. We offer daily assistance, companionship, and home safety monitoring. We help seniors remain comfortable and independent in familiar surroundings. This includes, but is not limited to:
*Grooming & bathing
*Hygiene assistance
*Medication reminders
*Meal planning and preparation
*Transportation
We conduct annual background checks on all caregivers and we provide at least 12 hours annually of employee training. We also perform in-person quality assurance visits every 90 days.
At Homewatch Caregivers, we offer In-home care , which assists those who need help with activities of daily living, such as dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. It also provides the client’s family with peace of mind, knowing their loved one has someone looking out for their best interests when family members can’t be there themselves.
We create a customized care plan for each individual based on their specific needs and limitations. By assessing every client's requirements, we develop a strategy that not only addresses everyday challenges but also improves overall safety within the home. Our personal care services support day-to-day activities with compassion and professionalism, ensuring that each person feels valued and cared for.client’s family with peace of mind, knowing their loved one has someone looking out for their best interests when family members can’t be there themselves.

I would recommend Homewatch CareGivers of Austin to anyone. The entire staff was extremely helpful and genuinely concerned about giving my 93 yr old father the best care possible.

Seeing myself as a client and recognizing that my life and my husband's life could be easier and happier with help was a big step. I know my children, most of them states away, are less worried about us now. Homewatch has been a blessing. I love the way they took the time to meet with us before matching us to our wonderful Caregiver and how they are easy to reach to hear any concerns. I anticipated help with personal care for my husband, transportation and a few household chores. My surprise bonus help has been with shopping and technical assistance with my limited computer skills. I am been using Back-Up Care for the last 3 years, due to the benefits that I have from the company that I work for, so I got to know a lot of the companies in Austin and Homewatch CareGivers was outstanding, you feel that they care about your family and your kids. They go very personnel with you, confirming and make sure that everything is prepared for the day of the service.
Jalissa was our nanny that day, besides being the sweetest person and caring for my kid she was in constant communication, even to sent me pictures showing they were having a great time! And let me a sweet thank you note done by both, She definitely when above and beyond!!!
Until today, the best Nanny ever!

Te'Liah has been a wonderful caregiver for my elderly mother. She is attentive to everything my mother needs, and I am so appreciative of that. Te'Liah is caring, patient, and has shown tremendous grace in what I know can be a difficult situation. It is such a weight off of my shoulders knowing not just that my mother is safe and that her needs are being met, but that she is being cared for by someone as thoughtful and kind as Te'Liah.
