  I've been looking for a car type lifting device for 3 years now so my wife doesn't half to lift using a ice chest and her back. Seeing the ad for the Monarch Atlas 4 on Facebook, I plugged in the product and Kerring Group was the first suggestion. Thank you, Josh Miller, for the professional information, quick answers to ALL my questions and a relatively easy purchase. Thank you, Josh and thank you Kerring Group.

  I would strongly recommend using the kerring group for all your home medical need, I first did business with them. It's about a year ago and they have done nothing but help me with my needs. Dealing with people like Ryan, ruben, and stephanie, that's been one of the best customer experiences i've ever had. if there was a ten star rating, that's what they would get for me.

  As someone who is recently disabled, Kerring Group really made me feel heard and showed me so much compassion and patience throughout my wheelchair journey. Bethany and Pat were wonderful to work with. Bethany made sure to respond to all of my questions in a timely manner and kept me informed throughout the process. Pat was so kind when he measured me and was thorough in all his questioning as he worked with me to get a chair that suited my needs. I don’t remember the gentlemen’s names when I went to pick up my chair but they showed joy with me when I got my chair and made sure I left with all the manuals I needed and answered my questions. They all really made me feel less alone during the process and showed me dignity and respect. I can tell that they care for their patients and it’s one of the best experiences I’ve had with any sort of medical organization.

  We recently had a two day visit to Austin from another state for a wedding, and we needed a wheelchair to assist an older, mobility-challenged family member navigate Austin's hilly downtown sidewalks. Rubin Daum was able to help me make all the arrangements long-distance before we arrived and things could not have gone smoother! Kerring delivered the chair to our hotel before we got there, and picked it up after we left town. Rubin was so understanding of and helpful to our situation. I would not hesitate to recommend Kerring group for short term needs!
