- SBSteve ByrneSep 8, 20265.0I don’t understand the 3 star rating. The staff at HEB pharmacy are always incredibly helpful at this location in plaza volente. I especially wanted to call out Ruby As she is so helpful and personable. Every time I visit she has a smile on her face and whenever there’s an issue with my pick up or meds she always helps me through the process. Just wanted management to know she’s a wonderful employee. Thank you.

A total liability risk that their business insurance company should know about. Can you not use sharp metal where we open our pharmacy bag???!!!!
