Examples of going above and beyond: always ensuring the medication is ready as soon as needed, helping me work out a complicated situation where the error was on the provider side and the client was running out of meds. They are always friendly and helpful. Today in particular, Tierra was an angel in helping me figure something out. Shout out :)
