- DMDerek “Travel Guy” Moeller3 days ago5.0I've been an HEB Pharmacy Client 8 years, with my most recent/best experiences being at Sunset Valley HEB #23. It's in a really nice area. There are closer grocery stores to my location, but the Brodie Lane/William Cannon Pharmacy is the only destination because... They offer a 2 Lane Drive-Thru, my favorite go-to. It's quick, easy, convenient, & a great way to not stand in line inside. Pharmacists & Pharmacy Partners are Thorough, Helpful, Kind, Caring, Friendly, & Knowledgeable. Plus, maintaining prescriptions using the HEB App makes the entire process run smoothly & efficiently. Thank You for Wonderful Staffers!!

- AVAb ViMay 23, 20251.0Staff needs training. Medication is a necessity and your staff is not efficient. I don't understand why they are so careless. I had a tech hang up on me when I told her that when she tells people medication was sent back, they think it was actually sent back to doctors office. Must've gotten her feelings hurt. Please please train your staff
