- TKT KApr 28, 20255.0This pharmacy is just the best. They always have my prescriptions ready before the estimated wait time, the staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Christie was particularly helpful to me through a couple of very difficult medical situations, which went so far in helping me with my trust issues with pharmacies. I have many medical conditions and I’m at the pharmacy often. It helps to know I’m in good hands with these guys. I highly recommend this pharmacy! Thank you guys so much!
- CCCSep 2, 20172.0The employees are okay, not super friendly but pleasant enough, and the location is easy to get in and out of. However, it is like pulling teeth to get a refill. You submit a refill, they say we never got it. You sign up for auto refills, they work once (minus the email and text reminders you're supposed to get), and after that you can confirm through the site that you're on auto refill still, but they don't refill it ever again. Your doctor sends a new prescription, they don't fill it. I've never had this problem at other HEB pharmacies. What's the point of a pharmacy that will not refill prescriptions?
