- PPPōmaika`iDec 22, 20222.01 of my prescriptions was out of stock. Had I not inquired, I would not have been notified of this. This is very important, as I was needing the medication this evening and not 2 days later when their next shipment arrived. I had to call other pharmacies to see if they had the medication and transfer the prescription. Recommendation: notify customers when their prescription is out of stock. Have an internal listing of medical inventory to refer an actual location that has the medicine and not waste customer’s time calling around. When I got home, I found out that my other RX was not covered by my insurance by reading their insert. This should have been brought to my attention as insurance may cover generic or name brands. Recommendation: tell customers if their medication is covered by their insurance. This withholding of info and lack of communication is very annoying. We as customers have no knowledge of the inventory or insurance coverage. Please do better.
