I checked with the HEB closer to me and they were completely booked with reservations, so they referred me to this one. I've been in contact the pharmacy staff here who are friendly, helpful, and full of updates with accurate information. Here's the impressive part. This afternoon, they called to tell me that the pharmacy was still waiting on their shipment, but their location at Parmer and McNeil had one last dose today. They wanted to know if I wanted it. Once I told them yes, they told me they'd call ahead. Needless to say, this kind of service goes above and beyond. I'll be moving my prescriptions to this location.
