- SSStephanie SchaeferAug 10, 20261.0Frustrating non-response for help trying to figure out why they keep losing our insurance information and then not being able to find us in their system through our insurance (but other pharmacies can?) but it’s apparently my job every time to call the insurance company and figure out what they’re doing wrong. So, if you have Blue Shield insurance I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy. I recognize these headaches can happen with all pharmacies at one point or another, but by my own personal experience, reading the reviews, and witnesses others’ experiences, there does seem to be a general lack of basic respect for the patients/customer at this pharmacy. Maybe they need to hire more people.

I was in the car with someone when she spoke loudly about the type of medicine I was getting. Just telling all my business also speaking on medicine that I don’t take. Like she was trying to purposefully tell my business. Do better Colleen you know you wrong for that
