The people here are nice and helpful when they can be, but it seems like the lines are longer and longer and the people working the registers are slower and less knowledgeable. Maybe HEB needs to pay more to keep good people in the pharmacy. I’ll be going back to CVS.

Orders seem to be not completed as the norm and when you come in and ask for them their statement of thirty minutes is off. They are trying to help but I just don't understand how printing a label and putting medicine they have in stock is so slow. With over five visible people on staff they seem to still not be able to complete a simple order in thirty minutes.
