  I have not had issues with this pharmacy in the past but recently I was tying to get a complicated Rx filled. When I called the pharmacy today they picked up and put me on hold. I guess after a while it starts to ring again and THEY PICKED UP AND JUST HUNG UP THE PHONE. This same situation happened last week when I was trying to speak to pharmacy staff. It is incredibly rude and disrespectful to pick up the phone and immediately hang up after a client has been on hold. The only person there who even attempted to help was Lisa. She was great. The other pharmacist (woman) with the salt and pepper hair color is very rude.

  I’ve been a loyal HEB customer for decades, which is why this feedback is disappointing to share. I recently called to refill a prescription after realizing I had run out of medication the night before. During my call, the employee seemed annoyed when I explained that I needed the medication that day and responded, “We’re busy and a lot of people need their medication this evening.” While I understand pharmacies are under pressure, that response was unprofessional. A few hours later, I received a voicemail stating that it was too early to refill my medication, despite being completely out. After multiple unanswered calls to the pharmacy, I had to drive to the store to resolve the issue. The employee initially denied that a voicemail had been sent. Only after I offered to show her the voicemail did she acknowledge that she accidentally ran a second claim on the same prescription, triggering the voicemail in error. No apology was offered for the confusion, inconvenience, or stress this caused. After waiting for 20 minutes, a second employee handed me my prescription without verbally verifying my date of birth or properly confirming my identity. She simply stated that my prescription was ready and handed it over. From both a customer service and patient safety perspective, this is concerning. I understand staffing shortages and high workloads are realities across all industries, but they do not excuse poor communication, lack of empathy, or failure to follow basic pharmacy procedures. This experience ultimately led me to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that additional training is provided on both customer service and patient verification services.

  I have a simple prescription for eyebrow dandruff remover and they still have don't see to have it ready. It's been a month now. Very unprofessional.
