- KHkemyra hillJun 15, 20261.0Today I visited this pharmacy and had a very disappointing experience. I waited in line behind several customers and patiently waited my turn. When I finally reached the front of the line, I was passed over so another customer could be helped first. The employee assisting customers (Anaisa) and the customer who was allowed to go ahead of me appeared to know each other or share a common background, which made the situation feel questionable. When I asked why I had been skipped, I was told that the other customer had been waiting. However, if that were truly the reason, it is unclear why she was not asked to wait her turn with everyone else or why she was not brought forward before I reached the front of the line. Whether intentional or not, the situation gave the appearance of favoritism and left me feeling that I was not treated fairly. Customers should be helped in the order they arrive, and any exceptions should be explained clearly and applied consistently. Unfortunately, this experience left me frustrated and disappointed with the level of customer service I received.
