Not sure what much more is needed than that. Do not go here, HEB you need to address your customer service.

I see some reviews complaining about wait time but I think it’s important to remember these are humans trying to carefully fulfill so many ppl’s needs. For me, they’ve been helpful on countless occasions with simple questions, complex issues, and everything in between. Insurance, new meds, side effects, kids meds, and just being treated like a person. I’ve been annoyed before but the pros outweigh the cons. Idk how to explain it but if people just take a beat and connect with your neighborhood pharmacy team you realize this place has a staff that genuinely cares. Tbh a good percentage of people i’ve seen in-store and drive the are annoying and rude. They treat staff like their personal med concierge. Rather than offer the much deserved “get a grip”, HEB asks how else they can help or tells you they are running 15 min behind. It’s not that serious, but if it were, staff would surely prioritize you.
