I have used H-E-B pharmacy for years and have never experienced such rude and honestly just incompetent employees as I do at this specific location. On top of this the drive- through pick up usually takes about a half hour, and most phone calls go unanswered or immediately put on hold. I would have stopped going to this place months ago if I didn’t live so close.

Not ideal when you need pain medication for your injuries it’s been 2 days still no medicine. Doctor is using another pharmacy this is just a mess. Do not recommend this place at all. Horrible location horrible traffic horrible staff.
