  This is the HEB pharmacy that is near my apartment. They fill my prescriptions quickly and the wait is typically not too long. Lastly, they answer the phones and the staff are professional.

  The most reliable pharmacy in Austin! H-E-B Pharmacy is in a league of its own. The pharmacists are incredibly knowledgeable, approachable and always take the time to make sure you fully understand your medication and any potential interactions. Prescriptions are filled quickly and accurately and the entire process is smooth and hassle free every single visit. The staff genuinely cares about the wellbeing of every customer and that personal touch makes a huge difference. Combined with the convenience of being inside H-E-B the whole experience is simply unbeatable. I would not trust my health to any other pharmacy in Austin and recommend H-E-B Pharmacy to everyone without hesitation!

  I've been using this HEB Pharmacy since they opened about 2 years ago. Used to be reliable and very friendly. In the past 6 months or so I have seen a decline in their customer service skills. In fact they have some who are out and out rude. I've asked for automatic renewals on my prescriptions. And 9 times out of 10 that doesn't happen. I have had to call and request my refills and then if one of them isn't in stock they don't call to let me know it isn't in stock until I call them. They are becoming unreliable! I do my grocery shopping at this store and want to continue to get my prescriptions here, though I am seriously considering moving my prescriptions to Walgreens. I'm not sure if there has been a change in the Pharmacy management or what? Please get your act together.
