And prescriptions all come in at different times from different doctors… it’s a mess! and so many trips to go pick them up! Frankie took the time to teach me how to use the HEB app and made it SO MUCH EASIER for me! So very nice, polite, professional and knowledgeable! I REALLY appreciate it!!!
