- YYYJul 1, 20261.0The pharmacy regularly messes up prescriptions. My doctor has asked me to change from them because they've messed up so many times. The pharmacist are also paternalistic. They will try to give you advice about medication that your doctor already gave you but the issue is one. They do not know anything about your medical situation and two, they do not even read your full Pharmacy record with them when they give us advice so every single time they tried it's been wrong and then they try to tell you that it's mandatory but it's not. It's a rule that this Pharmacy made up because they think it will help them increase client happiness but even when you say I don't need or want advice or you explain to them where it's wrong they will not update the system. They will not learn. They will then say if you don't want the advice you don't have to get it after telling you that it's mandatory I will be changing pharmacies because I don't wanna spend time agitating my nervous system because the pharmacist has an ego problem.

He explained several options that I had in depth and was just great overall with patient demeanor (I was crying bc of frustration). He reassured me, and, when I hung up the phone, I felt a LOT better and finally got my meds filled. Thank you, Jacob!
