  I was waiting in line at the pokemon vending machine along with literally two other families, and A MANAGER Took a photo of me posted it to some online forum (Mind you I don’t even have social media, I found out about it from a buddy who’s also into cards and DOES have social media actually texted me and told me. He then asked ONLY me and the one other person by themselves, to leave. I came back and asked the manager (who literally took the photo) to ask “who took the photo?” He then played dumb and insisted it must’ve been another person waiting in line… only thing is, I was chatting the all the patrons who’re also waiting and literally explaining to them how the machine works. So instead of taking accountability and apologizing for the misunderstanding, he the asks me leave and follows me out. Every other time I’ve gone to check out the machine I’ve chatted with employees and other managers, all cordially, however this one employee seems to be the only one with an issue.

  I have recently switched to the HEB pharmacy because I heard they were a bit quicker than Walmart. The first time I come to this location, I came through the drive-through wrong, it’s a little confusing because you’re supposed to come in through the back. Anyways, not being aware of this, I press the button to get assistance and nobody answers for over five minutes. I decided to drive out of the drive-through and walk up and try to get assistance myself standing in the drive-through.. The pharmacist finally answers and says you’re going through the wrong way in the drive-through, “that’s why we didn’t answer. “ with such an attitude..?? this is my first experience here and I obviously did know how to go to the drive-through correctly. I think that it’s a very odd that they didn’t immediately tell me hey, you’re in the drive-through wrong, they just ignored me till I backed out of it. She did ended off and say thank you for coming after being extremely rude to me, but I’ll give her props for that. Switching back to Walmart for sure.

  They are always so rude! I picked up a prescription a week ago and the lady literally just gave me my meds and walked off and was through the drive through. No greeting no pleasantry no nothing! Seems to be the norm around there..

  Rude woman in the register with a mask and dark hair and glasses. Doesn’t give customers on how the process is, instead attacks you.
