The receptionist, dental assistants, dentist, and patient coordinator were all extremely friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. They truly go above and beyond to make their patients comfortable. They offered blankets, headphones, stress balls, and a variety of drinks, which was such a nice touch and made the entire experience even better! The dentist was very knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, including what I needed done, what I was having done that day, and the plan for my future dental care. I never felt rushed or confused. I also received a very thorough cleaning and was extremely happy with the care I received. You can tell the entire team genuinely cares about their patients and their experience. Everyone was professional, kind, patient, and welcoming. I highly recommend Groovy Dental and will definitely continue coming here for my dental care! 🦷✨

Staff were all helpful and courteous- from my initial call through checking out and explanation of my treatment plan. All staff and dentist were very personable, kind, professional, and very competent. Latest equipment and realistic treatment plan A real plus is their in-house dental plan I am a retired RN and am very aware of aseptic technique, and thorough assessments- certainly the case here Very happy to have found them! I definitely recommend!

They took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process, and I was genuinely amazed at how easy they made everything feel. Second I got an unexpected Work call right as I was heading back to the treatment room, my privacy was respected and treatment resumed as soon as I got off the call. All services were extremely prompt. Each provider was professional, informative, and more educational than any visit I have been to in over 30 years. The technology used was exceptional. But more importantly, there wasn’t blind reliance on the technology. Dr. Dawson used the technology in concert with her knowledge, her exceptional bedside manner, and her ability to break down complicated concepts into understand understandable things for a novice. She spent a considerable amount of time getting to know me, and was patient and kind. I would 110% recommend her to any friend or family member. But moreover, I would recommend Her to someone who is anxious about going to the dentist. She made it feel like you were just chatting with a friend while you were getting something done. Then came her billing team, extremely professional, while spoken and patient with questions. Kudos to the entire team.
