I've been loving my experience (and results) working out at the Tarrytown location of Fast Fit Perfect Workout. For someone with a busy schedule, and the need for getting in & out efficiently, this is a great fit for me. Twenty minute, intense and focused exercises with real-time feedback that shows your level of effort (compared with your most recent, and YTD stats) you are always challenged by your own effort. My personal strength has increased significantly, and I feel measurably more toned, capable and "sturdy," as a result. Jay, who is the lead trainer, is available for personal training to ensure your form is correct and safe. However, I am currently enjoying the self-guided program. (It's most affordable, when compared with other training programs I have tried.) Even so, Jay is there to answer any questions I may have during my session. He's encouraging, supportive, and always a bright spot in my mornings -- especially when I'm cussing the leg press! The exercises are incredibly challenging. But thankfully, the circuits, while difficult, are brief and survivable. Two people at a time are able to train on the apparatus I affectionately call, "the beast." And within 20 min. you have thoroughly challenged all of your major muscle groups, and then some. The app they use for scheduling, communication, body data analysis, and your statistics (plus some other added benefits like deals on top-rated supplements, such as Thorne) is handy and easy to use. I guess the most impressive aspect of this program is that I continue to show up. I think I've only missed one appointment in months. So sticking with it has been natural, fun, and the program options are growing along with my strength. I think I found something I can evolve with for the long run. Probably because the short, intense but science-based spurts suit my temperament and personality; the convenient location; the pleasant, professional, and excellent staff; and the big winner: it works. 5 big ol' stars!
