  Thank you Britney and Maya for making my first experience with Eyemart one of the best. By far, the best experience amongst the many other places. Your customer service is outstanding. You deserve so much praise. You gave excellent service even when you were about to close. Thank you for your excellent advice and the wonderful service. Because of you both, I plan to make eyemart my place to buy future glasses. And, I plan to share this with my family and friends. You both deserve more than 5 stars. I saw you both handle difficult customers with such grace and still provide outstanding service even. Thank you again.

  It is so refreshing to walk in a service business and be greeted by such a positive, professional team. Patrick Told me about the specials, took my rx and checked out my insurance, all while I shopped for new frames. He was a good listener to my needs and wants and finalized my order. I came back a week later to pick up my “special” lens in new frames. Mia was the agent who helped me pick up both pairs of glasses I ordered. One pair needed a change &she immediately got that going. My special glasses were perfect. I came back in an hour and walked out with two pair that I am completely pleased. Give this Team a Platinum Star! Jean

  Visited this store today to get prescription glasses for my son—our first visit at Eyemart Express. Patrick was amazing! He provided excellent service, was incredibly patient, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. The glasses were ready in just 10 minutes, which was impressive. I truly couldn’t have asked for better. Highly recommend!

  Recently went in for my son who needed glasses since he lost his. Before we went I looked online so we knew what kind of stuff they have & a idea how much we will pay. For some reason in store is $140 MORE then whats online. I understand the frame was $20 more since they weren't on sale. I asked the lady to show me the computer so I can see why it was so pricey. She just gave me the turn around how its more in store. But by that much more?? Feel like she was adding all kinds of stuff to the lens when we just wanted the poly kind nothing added. Walked out with nothing & ordered them online. It was made & shipped out the same day! So highly recommend doing it online if you can hold off for a few days!! (:
