  First time at CorePower Yoga and I loved it! I tried the Sculpt class with a friend and had such a great experience. Everyone was super friendly, the studio was clean, and even though the Saturday class was packed, there was still plenty of space and good airflow. The instructor was amazing, helpful, informative, and encouraging, with different pacing options for those who needed them. Definitely a welcoming studio, and I’ll be back! 🧘🏻‍♀️✨

  Smaller studio with co-ed locker room and private changing rooms. Usual good Core Power classes and instructors.

  Steph’s Best: Fitness Edition! How else should one sample all the goodies over at Dish Society without a proper Sculpt session beforehand?! This is yoga on steroids, and Victor is BRINGING IT! Last time I shook this hard, I was at altitude in Colorado where the air is thinner. Hard bodies unite - this class is a winner!

  I was passing by the place, it got my attention, and I decided to go inside and get more information. But the door was closed, even though I saw they have classes and the schedule said the are opened for four more hours. What is the point of keeping doors closed during working hours??

  This is my go-to to sweat hard & have fun. I’m always sore the next day in the best way. So happy this studio is within walking distance!
