- JJJess JamesAug 3, 20261.0Unfortunately i cancelled my membership after 18months at this location. It is the closest studio to home so that was a plus but overall the instructors and manager at North Burnet are extremely rude & disrespectful. The manager is very unfriendly, and several instructors are condescending & make the class experience unenjoyable. The more veteran instructors are rude to newer instructors that are subbing & it’s just unnecessary. No one needs to be spoken to like theyre stupid & if someone is subbing then it their class to teach their way. I was told you take the class based on the class not the instructor which is totally false, if you have been going to pilates long enough you choose the class based in the instructor you like or if like their class instruction. If i choose to rejoin it will be at a different location.

- JKJ KJun 18, 20265.0I’ve had a great experience at this Club Pilates studio. The studio is very clean and has a good setup. I wanted to also give a shoutout to Lacey. She is one of the best instructors I’ve ever had. Her cues are clear and easy to follow, she does an excellent job accommodating different skill levels, and her classes have a great flow from start to finish. She’s also incredibly kind and encouraging, which makes every class enjoyable. Highly recommend both the studio and Lacey’s classes!
