The way she spoke to me as a potential client was demeaning, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. To then hang up on me in the middle of the conversation left me with absolutely no words. I was genuinely interested in doing business with this company, but the way I was treated changed that immediately. As a business owner myself, I understand that difficult conversations happen, but there is never a reason to speak to a potential client this way. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this interaction was upsetting enough that I felt it was important to share. I expected basic professionalism and courtesy and unfortunately, that was not my experience at all.

The trainers are all extremely well educated & they keep the members challenged w/o injury. Most importantly, the new General Manager is fantastic! Jenna is an ideal young lady who's bringing so much continuity to the studio. If you have the time, take a private Intro. Class... on Th. Or Saturday. Club Pilates is rated #4 in the nation with USA Today! Why? They've earned it & continue to educate their i steuctors! Wouldn't you try for a fabulous class, if you're in the mind-set of rewiring your mind/body connection & increasing your strength flexibility & empowering yourselves...Club Pilates is AMAZING!
