  Had a generally bad experience at this gym. Kay was always nice and friendly to me but her partner Don basically just ignored me and never said hi. I noticed he would say hi to just about every female that walked in there though.. The equipment is old and dirty and outdated and the trainers there are kind of clicky. They also gossip a lot and don't have a very friendly approach. There's some nice people who work out there for convenience because it's close to their home. But mostly elderly people out of my age range. The lighting is not great, and the upstairs leaks when it storms and then it smells like mold for a week. The free weight racks don't have enough space between the metal and the weight so if you have big hands you can easily hurt your fingers. I cancelled because Crunch is a brand new gym with brand new equipment and only charges $9.99 per month and is much bigger than BodyWise and has saunas. When I first called in to cancel no one answered. Then I called in again and was told to wait for the owners to get back. I called in again and finally got Don on the phone. Who cancelled it. Then I still kept getting charge notifications and ended up having to pay again for an additional month because of their 30 day policy even though I had tried to call in and cancel prior to that. Anyways, there's a better gym in this area now. Hope these folks make some improvements to their outdated equipment and keep it a little cleaner and fix the water leaks and don't charge such a steep price.

  The Perfect real Gym. No indoor soccer fields, no swimming pool, no high costs for other things you won't use. Areas to stretch, kick, punch, jump, and row. Stairs, ellipticals, and treadmills. Main Gym Room has free weights, barbells, and machines for every style of workout. Owners and Trainers are very experienced. Always available, professional, and friendly. You can't go wrong at Body Wise Gym.

  An absolute five star gym! I’ve been a gym rat for twenty years and have been to some incredible gyms. This gym has it all! Great equipment, everything is well maintained. Friendly people And a great and very knowledge welcoming staff. Nice diversity with people of all ages and all levels of fitness. I highly recommend!

  I've been going to BodyWise for several months now and it's been a very good experience. Working with trainer Christian I'm seeing results and most importantly I'm feeling stronger and healthier.
