  Such a great location for a studio. All instructors are super helpful during the class with correcting form, motivating, and providing alternatives for some workouts. Love this place!

  Park in the McBee Garage and scan QR code in the barre3 studio to validate parking (free). I was welcomed kindly by staff, and all needed props were provided at the beginning of class. There are workout clothes for sale, as well as a play area for kids. Finding the studio was simple, and there was plenty of parking outside of the studio (pay to park).

  I took my first barre3 class taking a 45 min strength class and the instructor was amazing. I enjoyed the demonstrations of each movement, the flow of the class from stretch to lift to a few yoga movement flows. I definitely recommend it if you are looking to tone your body and/or are easing your way into working out.

  Love this studio! All the Instructors I have taken are very nice And give ample options for each move for everyone’s ability. You make the class as hard as you want it to be. The barre signature 60 class is insane in all the right ways. You get a bit of everything, barre, strength, cardio. I do love the cardio 45 classes to add in cardio throughout the week
