- SMSamaneh MousaviApr 6, 20262.0I had a 6-month membership with Barre3 Circle C and overall found the classes enjoyable, but my experience with billing and communication was disappointing. One of the main reasons I joined was for the Flow class, which I really liked. However, after about two months, that class was discontinued without any explanation, which was frustrating since it was a key reason for my membership. After completing the 6-month commitment, I was charged again without any reminder or notification that the membership would automatically continue. I also found there is no clear or easy way to cancel through the website or app. When I signed up, I was told that the 30-day notice requirement applied only if I wanted to cancel before finishing the 6-month term. Based on that explanation, I believed my membership would end after the commitment period. I contacted them to request a one-time exception for the charge, but they declined to issue a refund. While the instructors and classes were good, the lack of transparency around schedule changes, renewal, and cancellation made this a frustrating experience. I recommend others double-check the terms and cancel well in advance.
