The front office staff is extremely kind and accommodating (it is wild how uncommon this is at other Neurosurgeon’s offices.) Dr Loftus took the time to explain every aspect of his plans for surgery, the how’s and why’s, etc. I have had 2 other back surgeries and this is by far the most comfortable I have felt going into a surgery.
