  Tanisha was great. I came in to replace a pair of glasses. Didn’t know the name of the glasses, but she helped so so quickly and efficiently.

  I stopped in just to check out the brick and mortar store. From the time I opened the door, through the whole process to checking out it was a total breeze. I was asked questions and guided to styles and within minutes I found the perfect pair of frames. While I was looking at frames my insurance was checked and we proceeded. Once frames were chosen, my eyes were measure and frames marked. The entire process start to finish was the quickest and easiest “let’s find new glasses” experience. I have struggled with this process for MANY years and this by far was the least stressful I have ever had. Great job Warby Parker.

  Had Great Experience at Warby Parker eye ware…in The Highlands in Arlington Tx. Drove right up to the door, easy access. The store was beautifully laced out, but my Eyeglass Consultant knew her eye ware and helped me find an amazing pair of prescription lenses and sun protection as I move in and out of the outdoors! Changes easily without altering my vision! My Medicare supplement plan helped me receive evything I needed…except for sun protection! I am very satisfied and will be back! Ty Warby Parker!

  I didn't get her name, but the woman who helped me was chipper and very friendly. I knew the frames I was interested in, so she told me where they all were, but she also went into the back to grab more for me. She made everything easy and I'm glad I went.

  I loved the process from scheduling to checking out. Everyone was kind and answered all of my questions in detail. I was concerned because I noticed I am now seeing floaters, especially when I am outside. The optometrist was thorough in explaining what is happening and causing them and what to look for that will be of grave concern. There was no push to buy my prescription because it is very low. I explained I have tried glasses in the past for astigmatism, but they made my eyes strain more. My appointment was quick but thorough!
