TotalCare ER is Mansfield and South Arlington's hometown emergency room! Our 24/7 facility offers extensive care for adults and children, with no appointments necessary and a shorter wait time than most traditional ERs. We also have onsite imaging (CT) and onsite labs so that we can provide fast, convenient care for our patients. Walk-ins welcome, and most commercial insurance accepted.
