I’ve cancelled my membership due to moving but I wanted to write a glowing recommendation for Daniel. While I didn’t want to add any more memberships or subscriptions in my life, he made it hard not to! He has helped me tremendously with my lower back and hip pain through consistent stretches. He listens, he pushes, and even goes out of his way to teach you stretches to do at home. I can’t recommend his services enough and stress that he was the only reason I kept coming back. His customer service is superior and has such a welcoming energy. I loved his services so much that I brought me 75 year old dad for a birthday stretch and I knew that he would be in good hands with Daniel.

I spoke with Charles yesterday, very polite and knowledgeable of their services. He said the company offers two main membership options—90-day commitments and month-to-month plans—and choosing between them really comes down to your goals, consistency, and budget. According to Charles, the 90-day plan is typically the better value if you’re serious about improving flexibility, mobility, or recovering from tightness or minor injuries. He also said that assisted stretching isn’t a one-and-done solution; it works best when done consistently over time. Three months gives your body enough time to adapt, lengthen muscles, and actually retain the benefits. Most people start to notice meaningful changes in posture, range of motion, and even reduced aches after several weeks of regular sessions. If you’re committed, this option makes sense both financially and physically. He even said he has a client who comes in 3x week at their other location. On the other hand, the month-to-month plan offers flexibility (no pun intended). It’s ideal if you’re new to assisted stretching and want to try it out without a longer commitment. It also works for people with unpredictable schedules. The trade-off is that it usually costs more per session and may not encourage the consistency needed for long-term results. As for why assisted stretching matters, it fills a gap that most people can’t address on their own. Even if you stretch regularly, you’re limited by your own flexibility and tolerance. A trained therapist can safely push you deeper into stretches, target specific muscle groups, and help correct imbalances you might not even realize you have. This can improve athletic performance, reduce injury risk, and relieve chronic stiffness from sitting or repetitive movement. In short, assisted stretching is one of those things that feels like a luxury at first—but quickly proves its value if you stick with it. If you’re just testing the waters, go month-to-month. If you’re ready to actually see results, the 90-day plan is the smarter move.

Therapists are friendly and professional. Been with them for a month treating my shoulder pain and I’ve significantly gotten stronger and there’s barely any pain left. 10/10 would recommend to my friends and family.
