- JKJennifer KJul 22, 20261.0Honestly, I would not normally leave one star reviews however I have not had a pleasant experience with Lonestar dental Corp. Whenever I call them to fix the issue with equipment that I paid for that is still under warranty. There’s always an emergency. There’s always another office before mine. I got two out two days in a row, and I will not be doing business with them again. Update: calling again but looks like you guys never work there! No one is taking call at 8:30am. If I paid $6000 and 5 year warranty is there, I need it fixed. Having emergency issue is one thing but being stood out without ANY UPDATE is another. I have to run business and I got things to do. I guess thats because emergency customers pay you and warranty customers you dont get a dollar out of it.
