Also made it difficult for my disabled friend to walk clear across the mall to try to find the place. We called and asked where they were and the guy who answered the phone was incredibly rude and not helpful. When we finally found it, of course we were late and they made us wait behind two other people. We felt it was their fault we were late in the first place. Not happy. I won't go there again.

She also gave me plenty of time to check out other frames. On my second visit, I made my final selection for a regular pair of glasses, as well as a pair of sunglasses. Martin helped me with the check out process. He did the appropriate research to see if my insurance, Physician’s Mutual, could be applied. He found out that it could be used for my purchase. He was very patient, polite and thorough during the entire process. LensCrafters at the Parks Mall has a great selection of frames and great customer service. I highly recommend them.
