The first issue: the representative who assisted cared more about my military service than paying attention to her job so she messed up the order, the prescriptions and overcharged me. Upon pickup, it was identified these issues. So we had to reorder and send back and wait an additional 2 weeks. Got the orders and was refunded for overcharge. Now, less than 5 months of owning the glasses, the side frame breaks. My son goes to find out what can be done to resolve it, well, they NOW told us we could have bought the protection plan! NOW! Months later. They said they can order a new pair, just alone my son’s prescription and frames are $500! AGAIN! In one year!! Not only is this a problem to burden the consumer but the customer service and tact is absolutely trash! Communication and transparency. The lady today, even said, “we don’t tell customers about the protection plan unless they ask but we don’t tell them.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Lost my business forever.
