ClearCorrect uses a series of virtually invisible, custom clear trays that gradually move teeth into place, treating crowded teeth, gaps, teeth that have shifted over time, and mild to moderate bite issues for adults and teens. Treatment starts with a consultation, followed by digital impressions and a treatment plan. Trays are worn 20 to 22 hours a day and swapped for a new set every few weeks, and they come out for meals and brushing.

A thin ceramic shell is custom-crafted and bonded to the front of a tooth to change color, shape, length, or texture. Veneers address chips, cracks, worn enamel, stubborn staining, and slightly uneven teeth in two visits. Prepless veneers, which require little to no enamel reduction, are available for the right cases and can sometimes be completed in a single visit.

When a tooth needs full coverage, a crown may be the right solution. Meticulous attention is paid to shade, translucency, and contour so the crown looks like it has always belonged.

For patients addressing multiple teeth at once, veneers and crowns are often combined into a single smile design plan. The smile is evaluated and redesigned to fit the patient's goals. A free cosmetic consultation is the starting point.

Single-tooth restorations, multi-tooth cases, full-arch restorations, and implant-supported dentures are handled in office. Patients who have had implants placed by an oral surgeon or periodontist can have the final restoration completed here.

Professional whitening gets results that over-the-counter products cannot match. Both in-office Zoom Whitening and take-home treatments are offered. In-office Zoom whitening delivers dramatic results in a single visit.

Take-home whitening treatments are available for patients who prefer to whiten on their own schedule.

Implant dentistry replaces missing teeth with a titanium post placed in the jawbone that takes the position of the natural root, topped with a crown, bridge, or denture. Options range from single-tooth replacement to full sets, and Dr. Kelsey Greene and Dr. Stephen Ratcliff determine the best option for each situation. Treatment involves removing the damaged tooth if needed, placing the implant, allowing 3 to 6 months of healing through osseointegration, then attaching the abutment and final restoration. Accurate cost estimates are provided after reviewing dental history and creating a custom plan.

Botox/Dermal Fillers

Botox and dermal fillers offer a simple way to smooth fine lines and restore a refreshed, natural look. At Greene and Ratcliff Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, these treatments are a natural extension of the practice's expertise in facial structure and aesthetics, giving patients the option to enhance their smile and the features that frame it in one trusted place. It's cosmetic care that fits seamlessly into the dental experience Arlington families already know.

General Dentistry

At Greene and Ratcliff Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, general dentistry keeps your smile healthy from the ground up. From routine cleanings and exams to fillings and personalized preventive care, the team focuses on catching small concerns before they become big ones. Families across Arlington appreciate the friendly, thorough approach that makes every visit feel comfortable and genuinely cared for.

Oral Cancer Screening

Oral cancer screenings at Greene and Ratcliff Family and Cosmetic Dentistry are a quick, painless part of your routine visit. The team carefully checks your mouth, throat, and surrounding tissues for early signs of concern, because catching something early makes all the difference. It's one more way this Arlington practice looks out for your whole-body health, not just your smile.

Dental Fillings

Dental fillings at Greene and Ratcliff Family and Cosmetic Dentistry restore teeth affected by decay, helping stop damage before it spreads. The team uses tooth-colored materials that blend naturally with your smile, so repairs stay comfortable and discreet. It's a straightforward way to protect your long-term oral health and keep your teeth strong and functional for years to come.

Dental Bonding

Dental bonding is a simple, artistic way to fix small imperfections like chips, gaps, or discoloration. At Greene and Ratcliff, the team carefully shapes and color-matches a tooth-colored resin directly to your natural tooth, blending it seamlessly with your smile. It's a comfortable, conservative option that can make a real difference in just one visit, and it's a favorite for patients who want quick, natural-looking results.

Gum Disease Treatment

Gum disease treatment at Greene and Ratcliff Family and Cosmetic Dentistry focuses on protecting the foundation your smile depends on. From early gingivitis to more advanced concerns, the team works to gently clear away harmful buildup, calm inflammation, and help your gums return to a healthier state. Patients appreciate the careful, attentive approach that keeps both comfort and long-term oral health in mind at every visit.

When a tooth becomes infected or badly damaged, a root canal can save it — and at Greene and Ratcliff Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, the goal is to keep patients comfortable every step of the way. The team gently removes the infection, relieves the pain, and protects the natural tooth so it can stay right where it belongs. It's a straightforward way to end discomfort and preserve a healthy smile.

At Greene and Ratcliff Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, tooth extractions are handled with a gentle, careful approach designed to keep patients comfortable from start to finish. Whether it's a damaged tooth, crowding, or a problem that can't be resolved another way, the team takes time to explain each step and answer questions before moving forward. Removing a tooth is sometimes the healthiest choice, and the Arlington practice makes sure it's done with care and compassion.

Wisdom teeth have a way of crowding in when there's simply no room for them, often bringing discomfort or trouble down the line. At Greene and Ratcliff Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, wisdom teeth removal is handled with a gentle, unhurried approach that keeps patients comfortable and informed from start to finish. The team walks families through what to expect and cares for each step, so healing feels straightforward and stress stays low.

When teeth are damaged, worn, or missing, restorative dentistry helps rebuild both function and confidence. At Greene and Ratcliff Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, the team offers thoughtful solutions to repair decay, replace missing teeth, and restore comfortable, everyday chewing and smiling. Patients appreciate care that treats the whole person, so restoring your smile feels less like a procedure and more like getting back to feeling like yourself.

Crowns cover damaged teeth that are painful, weakened, or at risk of further fracture or decay, helping restore comfort and function. They can be made of metals like gold or chromium, or tooth-colored materials like ceramic and porcelain, and some crowns can be made and placed in a single visit. Crowns are color-matched to surrounding teeth and can last as long as natural teeth with proper care.

A dental bridge is an artificial tooth or group of teeth mounted to neighboring teeth that bridges a gap of missing teeth. Bridges, implants, and dentures are offered as solutions for missing teeth.

Traditional, partial, and permanent denture options are offered using high-quality materials that look and feel like natural teeth. Partial dentures replace a row of teeth and can be connected with wires, secured to dental implants, or attached to dental crowns. Permanent dentures are the most secure option because they attach to dental implants, which heal over 3 to 6 months to form a new tooth root. Dentures restore biting and chewing function, support facial structure, and help restore confidence.

Dr. Kelsey Greene and Dr. Stephen Ratcliff provide compassionate, same-day emergency dental care. Situations treated include toothaches, severe tooth pain, knocked-out teeth, chipped or broken teeth, dislodged or extruded teeth, and lost or broken dental work. Patients are advised to save any tooth fragments, place a knocked-out tooth in milk if it cannot be reinserted, and contact the office right away.

Comfort options are available for patients with dental anxiety, whether from a past experience, fear of pain, or discomfort with the dental environment. Nitrous oxide and oral sedation are both offered, and the team is experienced with patients who need extra time and reassurance.

Nitrous Oxide

Nitrous oxide, sometimes called laughing gas, offers a gentle way to stay calm and comfortable during dental treatment. At Greene and Ratcliff Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, this safe, mild sedation helps ease nerves and takes the edge off appointments, with effects that wear off quickly so patients can get back to their day. It's a simple option for anyone who feels a little anxious about visiting the dentist.

Oral Conscious Sedation

For patients who feel anxious in the dental chair, Greene and Ratcliff Family and Cosmetic Dentistry offers oral conscious sedation to help make appointments calm and comfortable. A simple prescribed medication taken before the visit eases nerves and helps patients feel relaxed and at ease while the team completes their care. It's a gentle option for anyone who has put off treatment because of dental anxiety, so getting the care you need feels far more manageable.

TMJ/TMD Treatment

Jaw pain, clicking, and tension headaches have a way of wearing you down, and the team at Greene and Ratcliff Family and Cosmetic Dentistry is here to help you find relief. Their TMJ/TMD treatment starts with understanding what's driving your discomfort, then focuses on easing the strain on your jaw so you can talk, chew, and rest without that constant ache. It's care built around your comfort, right here in Arlington.

Sleep Apnea Treatment

If restless nights and constant snoring have become part of your routine, sleep apnea treatment at Greene and Ratcliff Family and Cosmetic Dentistry may help you finally rest easier. For many patients, a custom oral appliance offers a comfortable, non-invasive alternative to bulky machines, worn simply while you sleep. Better sleep can mean brighter mornings and more energy for the people and moments that matter most to you.

Cosmetic procedures target tooth color, position, shape, size, alignment, and overall smile appearance, with improvements to teeth, gums, and bite. Offerings include smile makeovers, veneers, clear aligners, and whitening. Most cosmetic procedures are minimally invasive and cause little to no discomfort.
