Online it stated that this GNC has Live Probiotic this product , go inside asked the guy about the product, he seemed confused, hesitant and not no what I was taking about. I showed him the picture still have no clue. Online it stated it was here. He didn’t look in the system for it or nothing. Very short and brief. He said he doesn’t have it. I asked can he call another GNC he hesitated. I asked again once again he paused, I said never mind I’ll do it myself. He start saying we are individual franchise, I understand that so you can’t call.? I just walked out. I will NEVER EVER come to this store again.

Recommend them changing their hours online if they’re going to be closing early. It’s happen to me before but I got there at 7:20pm 3/30/2021 and the lights were still on. Went to open the door and it was locked but I saw the employee. He looked over at me and just waved his hand across his neck pretty much saying he’s closed? Apparently I’m not the only one that experienced this. Either change your hours online or find someone else to run this location. Drove 15 minutes to the closest one in GP and he told me that is not something that he’s supposed to be doing. Probably not going to this location anymore.
