- BBBijan BerenjinatajAug 17, 20261.0I've been to the shop 5 times and every time I've gone the man with the glasses that's middle-aged is extremely rude. The last time I went there a couple days ago I pulled out cash to pay before I even can pull out the right amount he's jumping all over me saying we don't take 100 so I don't have that kind of change when I have the exact amount. He's also very rude when you try to ask him questions. I can understand one time maybe twice but catching them on a bad day but every time I'm going in there he's had the same crappy attitude. I used to run a fitness store for over 8 years in Arlington and this is a good way to run your customers out and not want to come in.

- RRRosario RamirezJul 28, 20261.0Guy at the store is very rude! Refused to take cash because he said he’s not a bank! Refused to suggest any products! I paid almost $200 and walk out feeling horrible ! Worst experience ever! ;(
- SPSandy PayneDec 23, 20245.0Just got off the phone with Mark, a sales associate. And even though the store did not have what I was looking for, he was most helpful in offering an alternative. I appreciate him being attentive & helpful. Even closed the phone call with Holiday greetings. What a star!
