  They are incredibly slow. Plan to wait 20-30 minutes with even a short line of 2-3 people. They cause me to have high blood pressure when trying to pick up my prescription for high blood pressure! I am switching to Walgreens.

  In this review, I am writing to individuals seeking a pharmacy that offers 24-hour service. However, I would like to caution against choosing the United Pharmacy located at 45th and Bell. Recently, my daughter was diagnosed with diabetes, and her doctor prescribed insulin. Unfortunately, the pharmacy has made four errors in her prescription within a few months. When I contacted the pharmacy manager to express my concerns, I was met with rudeness and a dismissive attitude. He claimed that the pharmacy was extremely busy and that I should consider seeking services elsewhere if I was dissatisfied. Given that the pharmacy has consistently mishandled my daughter’s prescription, it is concerning that the manager did not take a more empathetic approach. After his rude behavior, he abruptly ended the conversation. As a successful 67-year-old man, I was deeply offended by the treatment I received. I strongly advise individuals seeking a pharmacy to exercise caution and avoid the United Pharmacy on 45th and Bell. The promise of 24-hour service should not be a justification for potential errors in prescription handling. For a manager to treat customers with such disdain, it is imperative that he reconsider his position and consider transitioning to a pharmacy technician role.

  Lydia was very rude just needed to buy medicine for my sick children that was only available behind the counter. There was one customer in line so I stood there for over 45 minutes and the person in front o me was standing there waiting for a prescription to be filled , then Lydia skipped me and checked out another person the I was mad and said something and she told me to wait in line .All she had to do is to have the customer in front of me wait to the side until her prescription was ready and helped me but she didn’t and so what should have taken 5 minutes took over an hour. I have been in customer service for over 35 years and I don’t understand what has happened to great service . It sure is not at United Pharmacy next time I will go to Drug Emporium
