- SCSydnie CovingtonAug 17, 20261.0I called to inquire about pricing to get a hearing aid refit, and the woman who answered the phone was very condescending and laughed at me when I was surprised at the price. I had misunderstood and thought that it would be free since they were miracle ear brand, and instead of being kind and explaining why it was not, it simply restating that there would be a charge she very rudely laughed at me. I cannot attest to the service quality of the doctors, but the receptionist or office manager that answered the phone has deterred me from ever going there to get my hearing aids serviced and has left a horrible taste in my mouth.

Stacy is very friendly and welcoming and top notch service. Both these ladies go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at ease. The hearing aides are amazing. So happy we made this choice. Correction: Stacy’s name was incorrect-I meant Shelley!!! 🤣
